What is the normal Shipping time?

Why have I not received any order number?
The confirmation is sent on your registered mobile number and email id. If

How do I track my order?
The tracking details shall be sent to your registered email and phone
number as soon as the package is shipped.

Can I add more items to my order after I have placed the order?
Once the order is placed it is not possible to add more items.

Can I give specific instructions for the order.
Yes, you can give instructions for the order in the comment section at the
checkout page. You can also reach out for urgent instruction on WhatsApp

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
1. Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email    WhatsApp message with details of your order and your order ID.
2. You’ll receive another email & WhatsApp message once your order is shipped out.

Why can’t I see the Cash On Delivery (COD) option?
If the Cash On Delivery (COD) option is not showing, it’s because this facility is unavailable for your postal code or your minimum cart value is less than Rs 249. You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI or Net Banking, or you can get the products delivered to an alternate address (where COD is available).

Can I change my address or contact number after shipping.
It is not possible to change contact number or address after shipping as the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our delivery partners. That said, we never say never! You can always cancel the order before it has been and can place a new order. Don't worry, there are no cancellation charges
