Cancellation & Refund Policy

How can I cancel my order?

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you can mail us your request at contactus@wanderlooms.com / Whats App +919893011711 with your order number as soon as possible.
  • If your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel your order for you.
  • For Prepaid orders, the cancellation would be done via mail request and the amount would be refunded via Payment Gateway directly into the bank account/ original source of payment.
  • For COD orders, the money will be refunded after deduction of Shipping & COD charges as a coupon with 6 months validity. No UPI or account transfer will be entrained.

Return Policy:

At Wanderlooms, we aim to provide you with quality products of your choice. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, follow these steps for a return:
1. The return should be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
2. Ensure the items are unwashed, unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
3. Kindly record a video when unboxing/ unpacking the package. This will facilitate a smooth process for refunds or replacements in case you encounter any damaged items or find that a product is missing from your order.
4. Return pick-up is unavailable. Kindly utilize any courier service to send the product back to us. Your cooperation is appreciated.
We value your satisfaction and aim for a smooth exchange or return process.

Items must be unwashed and in their original condition along with original packaging. The return should be made within 7 days of delivery.

What is an Exchange Policy?

If you are unhappy with the received product, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it with a different size and design or offer credit for a future purchase.

 Who bears the delivery charges for the items returned?

If the product was returned due to any sort of product damage, then we will bear the delivery charges. If the product was returned for a change in design or size, then the delivery charges will have to be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy:

For Prepaid orders:
1 Cancel through email request.
2. Refund via Payment Gateway to the original source of payment.
3. Refund will be processed within 7 working days after cancellation or returned product received (after quality check). It may take 7-10 days to reflect in your bank account
For COD orders:
1 Refund issued as a coupon with a 6-month validity after deducting Shipping COD charges.
2. No UPI or account transfer is available.

PLEASE NOTE : 

Enamel Mugs, Bandanas, Lanyards, Key chains/ Key Tags, Stickers, free gifts & promotional items are not returnable and non-refundable unless the damaged or the wrong product is delivered. COD & Shipping handling charges are non-refundable.
