Cancellation & Refund Policy
How can I cancel my order?
- If you wish to cancel your order, you can mail us your request at contactus@wanderlooms.com with your order number as soon as possible.
- If your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel your order for you.
- For Prepaid orders, the cancellation would be done via mail request and the amount would be refunded via Payment Gateway directly into the bank account/ original source of payment after deducting Shipping Charges.
- For COD orders, the money will be refunded after deduction of Shipping & COD charges as a coupon with 6 months validity. No UPI or account transfer will be entrained.

Return Policy:
We at Wanderlooms strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However, if you are not happy with the received product for any reason, you can mail us at contactus@wanderlooms.com and return the product to us on the following address:

Items must be unwashed and in their original condition along with original packaging. Return should be made within 7 days of delivery.
What is the Exchange Policy?
If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you can send it back to us within 7 days of the delivery. We will replace it with another size and design or offer credit on a future purchase (Note- COD & Shipping Charges handling charges are non-refundable).
Who bears the delivery charges of the items returned?
If the product was returned due to any sort of product damage, then we will bear the delivery charges. If the product was returned for a change in design or size, then the delivery charges will have to be borne by the customer.
