Return & Exchange Policy
Exchange and Return Procedure:
- Customers can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving their order by emailing us or contacting us via call/WhatsApp at +91-9993201711. Returned items usually take 5-7 days to arrive at our facility.
- We offer a complimentary reverse pick-up service for most pin codes, with the first exchange provided at no charge. Upon request, our courier partner schedules a pick-up within 2 business days.
- It's imperative to ensure that the product(s) and accompanying tags remain intact to facilitate acceptance by the courier company.
- A nominal ₹100 reverse shipment fee per order will be deducted for returns or subsequent exchanges, irrespective of the number of items within the order weighing under 500 gm. However, for damaged or incorrectly delivered products, no reverse shipment fee will be applicable.
- In instances where the pin code isn't serviceable for reverse pick-up, customers are required to securely package the items and dispatch them to our designated address detailed below. All returned items must maintain their original, unused condition with intact tags and packaging.
- Upon receipt of the product(s), a refund will be initiated within 48 hours, after deducting ₹100 (courier charges),
Non-Serviceable Pin Codes:

For non-serviceable pin codes, customers are required to courier the product(s) to: Meanders india biz pvt ltd.

- Refunds will be processed to the customer in coupon form within 48 hours of receipt.
Important Considerations:
We strongly advise against utilizing The Professional Couriers for self-returns due to reliability concerns. Customers are encouraged to ensure that their chosen courier service aligns with the specified fee. We recommend utilizing 'Speed Post' for its dependable service.
Damaged/Missing Products:
In the event of damaged or missing products, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email at contactus@wanderlooms.com or through Whatsapp: +91-9993201711.
For defective products, customers are requested to provide photographic evidence via email for prompt resolution by our dedicated Customer Experience Team.
COD Orders:
Customers with Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can expect to receive a refund coupon within 1-2 working days after the return pick-up, net of Shipping COD charges. COD payments will be reimbursed as store credit with a 6-month validity period, with no option for UPI or account transfers as per MCA norms.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as Enamel Mugs, Bandanas, Lanyards, Keychains/Key Tags, and Stickers, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless found to be damaged or incorrectly delivered. Items marked as SALE are ineligible for returns. However, should a customer choose to return a sale product, they are responsible for the Rs 150/- shipping charges. Free gifts and promotional items are not eligible for return or refund. COD & Shipping handling charges are non-refundable.
